Recommendation

Application Fee

There is a required $30 non-refundable application fee due once you submit this application (a new screen will appear ). If you are not sponsored by a Partner Org, this fee must be paid in advance of interviews. If paying this is a hardship, please email director@lmv.education.

TUITION

Standard tuition is $2,000. Active Chamber of Commerce members can get a 10% discount, resulting in tuition of $1,800. Applicants selected for the program will receive an invoice for the tuition via email. Full payment will be due by Aug 1st. Payment instructions will be outlined in the email and include options for payment via ACH, check, or credit card. Notes: 1. If the applicant wants to discuss a payment schedule instead of payment in full by Aug 1st, email the LMV Director at director@lmv.education. 2. If the applicant wants to inquire about the possibility of financial aid, see the "Financial Aid" section below.

Financial Aid

Limited financial aid may be granted on a case by case basis, depending on available funds. Financial aid to participants is based on the following two primary criteria: 1. Applicant's financial need. 2. Applicant's contribution to ensuring a broad spectrum of community representation and participation in the program.

Refund Policy

Withdrawal from the program following confirmation to participate will result in forfeiture of tuition unless an alternate representative is confirmed and accepted as a replacement in the class, prior to its first session.

Attendance Policy

ATTENDANCE POLICY In order for Leadership Mountain View to accomplish its goals, the full participation of each individual on the designated Friday of each month is mandatory. The following will result in dismissal from the program: * Absences in excess of the equivalent of three full program days (no more than 24 hours). * Each tardy is regarded as 1/2 equivalent program day absence. * Attendance on the first class day is mandatory.
